Staying Positive
"All of us lose hope, all of us lose confidence. But you can get it back by renewing your mind." ~ Brian Buffini. Norman Vincent Peale was an American Protestant Clergyman and author of bestselling book, The Power of Positive Thinking published in October, 1952. Positive thinking means that we should approach disappointments or unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. We should always expect the best, not the worst. Dr. T. S. Chia said, "You are the child of your thoughts. Positive thoughts build you up and negative thoughts break you down." Positive thinking starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through our heads. When we are drifting towards negative thoughts and our minds become obsessed with negative thoughts, we should stop and recalibrate our minds to remain positive. Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results. Do have a stress free day .
